27th January -- THE OUTLOOK IS FINE
As 2008 was a tough year in Real Estate 2009 has so far been quite a contrast. Early last year inquiry for property virtually dried up after constant negative reporting from the media and higher interest rates etc. So far this year there has been a huge increase in inquiry for property and although prices may not have gone up at least people are now looking at property and making offers. With the lowering of interest rates things are looking up and we are looking forward to getting great results this year.
