Shaun is a highly motivated person who gains personal satisfaction from assisting his clients to successfully achieve their Real Estate goals. Putting in long hours attending to his client requirements and listening to their needs has consistently placed Shaun amongst the top 1% of Real Estate salespeople in New Zealand and the world.
Shaun’s vast experiences in sales, marketing and negotiating are a reflection of his outstanding success. Shaun has won many local, regional and national awards for excellence in Real Estate including the prestigious Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Salesperson of the Year for Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Gisborne for a record 5 times.
Upon joining Harcourts in 2003 Shaun had a goal to be Number 1 Salesperson amongst more than 1500 salespeople nationwide. He achieved this in his first year with the company also gaining award for Top National Exclusive Lister.
Shaun went on to be placed Number 1 Nationally and Top National Lister for the following three years.
In 2007 Shaun received the inaugural International Award as Number 1 International Salesperson of the year topping over 4,000 salespeople and 600 offices worldwide. After achieving this, Shaun moved his business into selling Rural / Lifestyle and achieved No. 1 Rural Salesperson 2008-2011.
Shaun’s motto of good service and hard work is backed by a small team of dedicated people who work with him to ensure his clients get nothing but the best when selling or buying.
Shaun believes that people should have a Salesperson who believes in what he says and does, and one that offers advice you can trust. This accounts for most of Shaun’s business being repeated or referred.
Aaron takes great personal satisfaction on being a highly motivated and skilled salesperson and for being able to successfully help people meet their real estate needs. Aaron has 8 years experience with Harcourts and during that time has built a reputation for his broad knowledge base, his friendly communication style and for achieving results while making many friends along the way. Also during this time he has achieved his NZQA qualification of Real Estate Branch Management.
Aaron works in partnership with his wife Kellie and together they have won a number of high achievement awards within Harcourts.
Aaron and Kellie live in Hamilton with their three young daughters, Lily and twins Charlotte and Myah.

, Licensed Sales Person REAA 2008Bobbie is renowned for her bubbly, enthusiastic and "can do" attitude. As soon as you meet her you will be attracted to her open friendly approach and great sense of humour. Bobbie previously worked for Signature Homes as Planning Co-ordinator. She has worked in sales in one form or another all her working life.
Her focus is always on the customer experience and on working hard to ensure that the outcome for them is positive. She believes in having clients for life and the contact certainly does not end with the sale. Bobbie’s role in the team is to work primarily with buyers ensuring that people who approach the Aaron Davey team looking to buy - receive the expertise, time and attention they deserve.
Bobbie has two sons, 17 and 21 and is an avid cricket follower.

Kellie is a licensed real estate sales person and has been Aaron’s business partner since 1999. Their strengths in different areas of real estate compliment each other. Her main role within the business is being responsible for all of the marketing and working along side Aaron. Kellie’s genuine "feel" for real estate, her empathy, listening skills, and broad knowledge base ensures clients receive the very best of service.
Behind every successful salesperson is an equally successful Personal Assistant. The smooth running of the "engine" part of the business can be directly attributed to Kylie’s efficiency and attention to detail. Kylie has been with Harcourts for 4 years, originally working in the role as Office Administrator for the Glenview Branch. Kylie’s telephone manner, client focus, knowledge of the business, computer skills and efficiency ensures that she is an integral part of the team. Kylie plans to gain her Real Estate Salesperson qualifications in the future which will give her more knowledge and enable her to add more to the team for the benefit of the clients.
