Shaun has developed a focused approach to his real estate career. He was recognised by the REINZ in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2005 and 2006 as the Number 1 Residential Salesperson for the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne Region. After a successful career in Residential sales Shaun as of 2007 has decided to change direction and focus on the Rural & Lifestyle market. NEIL RANSFIELD has had over six years of Real Estate experience. Starting out in late 2001 Neil joined forces with the legendary Shaun Cosgrave coming on board as his Sales & Marketing Assistant. Having started at another local Real Estate company Neil & Shaun decided that Harcourts was the best vehicle to realise their combined goals, that being to become the best in the business. Upon moving to Harcourts Neil & Shaun had a goal of taking the number one salesperson in New Zealand for Harcourts title. Shaun assembled a great team which consisted of Neil (right hand man) a Personal Assistant and a Marketing Assistant. The Shaun Cosgrave team took out the number one title four times in a row and the first ever number one international title. To get to that level they had to manage a huge amount of listings and sell an astounding amount of properties. Shaun & Neil's team often received the award for most exclusive listings as well.. Having achieved these things Neil has decided it is time that he branched out on his own and use the wealth of knowledge that he has gained from working at such a high level.
