Shaun is a highly motivated person who gains personal satisfaction from assisting his clients and customers in successfully achieving the goals that are important to them and their families by buying or selling their property. Shaun has vast experience in sales, marketing and negotiation in many fields, both in New Zealand and overseas. He has been involved in over$500 million in real estate sales and in excess of 300 homes per year placing him amongst the top 1% of real estate salespeople nationally. Shaun has developed a focused approach to his real estate career. He was recognised by the REINZ in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2005 and 2006 as the Number 1 Residential Salesperson for the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne Region. After a successful career in Residential sales Shaun as of 2007 has decided to change direction and focus on the Rural & Lifestyle market. In May 2009 Shaun won the award for Number 1 Rural Salesperson for New Zealand.
TONY KERAPA was born in Hamilton and has lived most of his life in Hamilton and the surrounding areas although he has spent the odd period of time living overseas. Presently Tony lives in Ngahinapouri where he has been for the past 26 years. On a part time basis Tony works at Les Mills World of Fitness where he teaches aerobics (Body Attack) which he has done for the past 25 years. Not only is this great for fitness it is an excellent stress release from the daily work environment. Prior to commencing his Real Estate career, Tony worked at Health Waikato where he spent 10 years as a Registered Nurse. The first five years were in the hospital's Palliative Care/Oncology Department and the next five years were with Community Health. Initially as District Nurse (Hamilton's first male District Nurse) and in the later years as the Oncology/Palliative Care Resource Nurse. Tony commenced his Real Estate career in 1997, immediately loved it and since then he has excelled in this field. His roles have included Sales Manager, Residential Sales with his main focus at present being Residential Sales and Auctioneering. Although Tony enjoyed the role as Sales Manager it meant less time was dedicated to selling. His focus soon changed and he realized his passion was working face to face with his clients and selling homes.
